In my opinion, anyone doing a job – regardless of sex or age – should be paid the same as their colleagues doing the same job. For example the national minimum wage is currently lower for people aged under 22 at £4.83

If an 18 year old is doing the same job as a 24 year old then it cant be right that they are paid a different rate. You will be at college fulltime from September-December 2010 and then it will be on a day release programme with on the job training.
