Accounts Payable Assistant, Poole

An innovative and world leading technical solution organisation are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their small but professional finance team.

Working with a dedicated but small team, you will be given the opportunity to make a difference and add value. This is not a corporate accountancy environment and the company runs on an ethos of it being a welcoming and friendly environment.

You will be required to support the accounts payable function and report directly to the Financial Controller.

Key responsibilities:
*Dealing with all purchase orders
*Data entry
*Managing and organisation petty cash
*Filing of invoices
*Process and action all staff experiences
*Supplier payments
*Coding and checking invoices

Requirements for this role:
*Experience previously in an account receivables position
*Knowledge and experience using Sage
*Organised and focused
*Have strong skills in the use of Excel and MS Office
*Be Calm and resilient in a busy and changing environment
*Able to build and maintain solid relationships with suppliers, customer and team members alike.
