Accounts and Administration Manager, Bournemouth

We are currently working in partnership with a local business in the Bournemouth area, who are seeking a Accounts and Administration Manager to join their organisation on a permanent basis, part time basis.

The role requires the successful candidate to work around 20/25 hours a week - how these hours are worked is flexible - eg 3 full days or school hours 5 days a week.

The company is very well established in their field and sector, providing luxury builds locally and across the UK.

You will be responsible in this standalone role in supporting the director with the running of the entire financial side of the business. Taking responsibility for the following:
*CIS returns for Contractors
*VAT returns and managing rebates
*Cash flow forecasting
*Paying monthly professional fees and invoices
*Liaising with Bank for development funding
*Tracking sales of units- legal progress etc
*Monthly reports to JV Partner
*Liaising with Accountants for yearend/ journals etc
*Arranging and renewing insurances
*Project costs vs Budgets
*Maintaining stationary supplies within the office

Role requirements:
*Experience and knowledge in similar position within the construction sector
*Be understanding of the joys and challenges of working in a standalone role
*Experience using Xero is desired but by no means essential
*Proficient in the use of excel
*Experience dealing with low volume high value transactions.
