Emma Lambert our Commercial Account Manager has a wealth of experience recruiting in the Bournemouth and Poole areas. Emma has recruited for large corporate firms as well as small companies and has developed a highly successful commercial desk. Emma works hard to ensure we not only get the right skills for the right job but also importantly that the cultural and environmental fit is right to ensure longevity of any placements.
Team Industrial
The Industrial Division of Team specialises in providing a range of temporary workers from pickers and packers, warehouse operatives, production assemblers, PCB assemblers, ground workers, labourers and more. Jo West, Industrial Manager, has developed one of the leading Industrial Divisons in the Dorset area and prides herself on being second to none in terms of service and quality. Our accomplished resourcer Gemma Bianchi is always able to provide the service you need when you need it. We also offer a personalized check-in service to ensure that staff are always with you on time, every time!
Team Hospitality and Driving
Michelle Mitchell has successfully developed the Hospitality and Driving divisions of Team. We are positioned well to respond at short notice to all your catering, function and driving needs with a dedicated team. Milena Misztal supports Michelle and we are proud of the 24hr service we provide. We provide a personal service and Michelle and Milena are very passionate that you the client get what you need when you need it!
Team Technical
The Technical Division of Team specialises in providing skilled candidates to all aspects of engineering and manufacturing. We can provide anything from CNC Machinists and GRP laminators to Manufacturing Managers and Process Engineers. Julian Knott and Rob Bruce are running what is arguably the most successful Technical Division in Dorset and have built this based on their specialist knowledge and consistent high levels of service.
