Team Online Payslip
Instructions for using your Team Jobs online Payslip account
Step 1: Email
You will be sent an email into your inbox that looks like this:
Step 2: Activate your Account
As stated in the email, please click on the link which is highlighted in blue. The next page you see is as follows:
Step 3: User ID
You will see your name and a User ID. It is important to make a note of the User ID (including any spaces between names & dots, as you will need this each time you want to access the account. Create a password which consists of at least 6 letters and 1 number. Make a note of this password the click on the Activate Account button.You should then see this screen:

Step 4: Log in
You have now set up your account. Click on Login to access it. This will take you to the sign on screen as follows:
Step 5: Your account page
Your User ID will be shown, enter the password you created then click the Login button. The next screen is as follows:
Payroll is run on Wednesday and payslips will show Thursday morning.
Payslips will be shown as a PDF file
and you simply click on the icon to open the
document. Until your first payroll has
been run after you have given us your email, you will not see any payslips
listed.Logout and close the window. You can now delete the set up email as it cannot be used again..
When you next wish to access your account, open your internet page and enter www.eezytime.co.uk into the address bar at the top. You will see the sign on screen as in step 4, but your User ID will be blank. You need to enter this (as noted in step3), then your password and click on Login..
This will take you to the page in step 5, but with a payslip showing as a PDF. Double click on the PDF icon.

Providing you work each week, every time you log on after Thursday, you should see more payslips. If not, please contact your consultant.
