TeamJobs are looking for an Invoicing Administrator to join an awesome team based in Poole. Working within the finance team, this role will offer support to the team and the client base across the UK.
The Salary for this role is £24,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 25 days Holiday (increasing to 26 after 2 years, 27 after 4 years and 28 after 5 years)

This role involves:
- Running daily invoicing.
- Resolving invoice queries.
- Raising sales invoices on their systems.
- Delivering an excellent level of customer care.
- Working as part of a team.
- Offering support to the team when required.
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be enthusiastic, credible, and dependable always. You must be able to work at all levels with customers, be inventive and resilient, have good organisational skills. You must be someone who enjoys working in a finance team, as well as having excellent IT skills (including Outlook, CRM, MS word, MS Dynamics, and Excel).
