Inbound Customer Service - Temporary to permanent - start 22nd August - full training provided

Our client based in Romsey are looking for Customer Service Executives to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis, the start date will be Monday 22nd August 2022.
You will be fully trained, and training will be office based in Romsey for around 5 weeks. You will then do hybrid working both from home and in the office.
As part of the Customer Service team, you will be handling customer complaints and queries, over the telephone, via web chat, email and responding to customers letters.
Strong communication skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills.
The hours are 40 per week working 5 days out of 7 days to include a weekend day and later evening.
The pay rate is £9.86ph with performance bonuses on top
