Recruitment has changed. People haven't.

Recruitment looks VERY different to how it did years ago.

Job boards. LinkedIn. Video interviews. Automation. AI. Instant applications.

We can advertise a job in minutes and have applications coming through almost immediately.

And honestly? A lot of it is brilliant.

But amongst all the technology, there’s one thing that hasn't really changed.

People.

Candidates still want to know what the job is actually like.

Clients still want someone they can rely on.

People still change their minds, get nervous before interviews, accept counteroffers, have bad days and sometimes just need someone to pick up the phone and have a conversation.

That’s the bit of recruitment you can't automate.

At TeamJobs, we absolutely use technology to help us work quicker and smarter.

But we’ll never let it replace actually knowing the people we work with.

We speak to our candidates.

We visit our clients.

We ask questions.

And sometimes we know someone is right for a job because of a conversation – not because an algorithm gave them a 97% match.

Recruitment will keep changing. And we’ll keep changing with it.

But people will always be at the heart of it.

And we quite like it that way.
